RESPECT IS HOW TO TREAT EVERYONE

I believe that we can all agree that the past two years have been the most stressful of our lifetimes! Whether is has been the ongoing Covid-19 Pandemic, job loss, or more tragic yet, the loss of a loved one, a lot of us are fast approaching our last thread of patience.

BREATHE...

Because it will help us to calm down, it will quiet the mind, it will allow us to muster the patience that we NEED to go about our day.

When our lives are filled with challenges and a seeming endless stream of bad news it is easy to not demonstrate any consideration to those around us. To SNAP, to use language that only conveys our upset while in "reactionary" mode – but that in the end, brings no clarity of thought or satisfying response to what we were doing in the first place.

To serve people, takes dignity and intelligence, and JIO's Operational staff work on a shift basis to ensure smooth operations 24/7, 365 days a year. If, while going through any of our toll plaza manual lanes or interacting with any member of our team you have cause to query ANYTHING, please try and do so with thought and consideration. Our staff is trained, and re-sensitized to always treat everyone with respect, however, should you not be satisfied with your interaction please feel free to contact us using the appropriate channel. This would mean completing a complaint form at any of our Sales Offices so that the Company can address your concerns.

The ability to successfully de-escalate a potentially volatile situation is an art. To help others to understand one's point of view takes time and patience, not accusations and profanity. Valued customers, please remember while interacting with anyone during your daily routine, always try to maintain a sense of calm focus. ANYTHING expressed in anger quickly loses its context.
